TL Capture support

1. Open the link your TeraLeap producer sent you, or open TL Capture and type the session code from your invite.
2. Type your name. There is no account to make and nothing to sign in to.
3. Allow the camera and microphone when your phone asks, tick that you agree to be recorded, and tap Join the session.

Your producer takes it from there: they set up your camera, start and stop each take, and talk you through it.

• Camera or microphone blocked: open your phone’s Settings, find TL Capture, and allow Camera and Microphone. Then go back to the app.
• Stay on Wi-Fi: the recording uploads as you go, and Wi-Fi is faster and steadier than mobile data.
• Keep the app open on screen for the whole session. Swiping it away ends your session and turns the camera off.
• Plug in your phone: recording uses a lot of battery. Turn off Low Power Mode too.
• Free up space if the app says storage is low: an hour of 4K video needs about 20 GB, so 5 GB or more free is safest.
• Code not working: check it with your producer, or open the link from your invite instead.
