SMS Terms

TeraLeap (TeraLeap Video Stories) texts its customers, and the people they invite to be interviewed on video, from our team line. Texts are about your work with us: scheduling and confirming video sessions, reminders before a session, day-of details such as join links, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing texts.

You receive texts only if you agree to them: by ticking the optional “Text me reminders” box when you book a session (it is never required to book), by asking our team to text you, or by texting our team line first.

Message frequency varies with your sessions; reminders are usually about 3 texts per booking. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You will get one message confirming that you have opted out, and no more after that. To start again, reply START. Reply HELP for help, or email team@teraleap.io.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
